Long, City Manager, on 5/13/2026, ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING the grant of a public utility easement in favor of the City of Cincinnati for water mains and related fixtures, equipment, and appurtenances through certain real property in the Anderson Township, Hamilton County, Ohio as designated on the plat entitled Water Main Easement E-1158, The Views at Coldstream, as recorded in Plat Book 513, Page 9, Hamilton County, Ohio Recorder’s Office, and a grant of easement in favor of the City of Cincinnati for ingress and egress, to access the aforementioned water mains and related fixtures, over certain real property in Anderson Township, Hamilton County, Ohio as designated in the Grant of Easement as recorded at Official Record Volume 15397, Page 00001, Hamilton County, Ohio Recorder’s Office. (Subject to the Temporary Prohibition List ).
