AUTHORIZING. The City Manager to execute a Master Lease and Management Agreement with 3CDC Master Parking LLC to amend, restate, and consolidate the existing leases for the city-owned parking garages located at Washington Park, Ziegler Park, 716 Sycamore Street, 545 Race Street, 118 West Fourth Street, and 119 East Central Parkway, all parking garages being located in the downtown and Over-The-Rhine neighborhoods of the City of Cincinnati.
