ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, and Councilmembers Johnson, Cramerding, James and Jeffreys, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, AUTHORIZING the reallocation of $790,000 in existing FY 2024 Human Services Impact Award funding for the priority of eviction prevention and housing stabilization in the City Manager’s Office General Fund non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x101x7400 to provide leveraged support resources in accordance with the amounts and recipients set forth in the Attachment.
