ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 9/23/2026, MODIFYING the provisions of Chapter 758, “Junk Motor Vehicles,” of the Cincinnati Municipal Code by AMENDING Sections 758-4, “Notice;” 758-5, “Appeal;” 758-6, “Conclusive Presumption of Junk Motor Vehicle as a Public Nuisance”; 758-7, “Removal and Disposal of Junk Motor Vehicles;” and 758-8, “Removal of Abandoned Automobiles and Automobile Wreckage,” to allow more flexibility and efficiency for the removal of derelict vehicles from public right of way.
