Title: ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 10/19/2026, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute a Community Reinvestment Area Tax Exemption Agreement with Nehemiah Manufacturing Company LLC, thereby authorizing a fifteen-year tax exemption for 100 percent of the value of improvements made to real property located at 800 Evans Street in the Lower Price Hill neighborhood of Cincinnati, in connection with the construction of a new building on the property to consist of approximately 41,930 square feet of commercial industrial space and approximately 2,490 square feet of commercial office space, at a total construction cost of approximately $6,740,000.
