Sections 5709.40 through 5709.43; and DECLARING that expenditures from DCED non-personnel operating budget account no. 482x164x7200 and from DCED personnel operating account no. 482x164x7100 to provide resources for design, survey, and engineering services for pedestrian safety and streetscape beautification projects located in the CBD are for a public purpose and constitute a “Public Infrastructure Improvement” (as defined in R.C. Section 5709.40(A)(8)) that will benefit and/or serve the District 3-Downtown/OTR West District Incentive District, subject to compliance with R.C. Sections 5709.40 through 5709.43.
