Long, City Manager, on 9/10/2026, ESTABLISHING new permanent improvement program project account no. 980x232x272317, “Tri-State Trails Development” to provide resources to Tri-State Trails to acquire or improve property for a trail that is accessible to the public; AUTHORIZING the transfer and return to source of $55,000 from existing capital improvement program project account no. 980x232x272371, “Wasson Way Trail Phase 8,” to the unappropriated surplus of Income Tax Permanent Improvement Fund 758, to realign sources with uses; AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $55,000 from the unappropriated surplus of Income Tax Permanent Improvement Fund 758 to newly established permanent improvement program project account no. 980x232x272317, “Tri-State Trails Development,” to provide resources to Tri-State Trails to acquire or improve property for a trail that is accessible to the public; and DECLARING the expenditure to be a public purpose.
