ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Paula Boggs Muething, City Manager, on 2/3/2021, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to take all necessary and proper actions to cooperate with the Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation in order to facilitate the installation of sidewalks and access ramps, which will be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, on the western side of Reading Road (U.S. Route 42), in the Roselawn neighborhood, between Sunnybrook Drive and the corporation line with Sycamore Township, including any installations necessary to connect the sidewalk to the eastern side of Reading Road (U.S. Route 42) in the City of Reading.
