Long, City Manager, on 5/14/2025, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate a grant of up to $194,990 from the Ohio Public Works Commission ("OPWC") Clean Ohio Green Space Conservation Program to acquire approximately one-third of an acre of property located at the corner of Parkside Place and Martin Drive in Mt. Adams (Parcel ID 007200020288) (the "Property") for permanent public access and greenspace preservation and to fund improvements to the Property, including but not limited to trails, trees, and benches (the "Improvements"); ESTABLISHING new capital improvement program project account no. 980x203x252043, "Mt.
