ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Paula Boggs Muething, City Manager, on 6/21/2021, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate a grant in the amount of up to $50,000 from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency 2021 Recycle Ohio Grant program to Office of Environment and Sustainability (OES) non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x104x7200 for the purpose of supporting the recycling cart relabeling project; AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate local matching resources in the amount of up to $12,500 from Rumpke Recycling to OES non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x104x7200; AUTHORIZING the Finance Director to deposit the grant resources into General Fund revenue account no. 050x8523; and AUTHORIZING the Finance Director to deposit the matching resources into General Fund revenue account no. 050x8571.
