MOTION submitted by Councilmembers Albi, Nolan, and Cramerding, WE MOVE that the City of Cincinnati establish a Vibrancy Art Fund in the City's Operating Budget to be administered with one or more third-party arts agencies to promote, enhance, and expand access to art and cultural activities in neighborhoods and communities that have historically been underserved by public and private investments. WE FURTHER MOVE that the fund guidance include the following provisions: (BALANCE ON FILE IN THE CLERK’S OFFICE).
