MOTION, submitted by Councilmembers Jeffreys and Albi, WE MOVE that the administration within 30 days report the following: Share a comprehensive 2026 “after action” analysis – either as a report or in presentation to City Council – from the 2026 flash floods that evaluates what worked/did not work, and what the city needs to start, stop and continue doing going forward.
