Title: ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 9/10/2026, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept proceeds of $1,463,385.98 from the FY 2027 sale of renewable energy certificates (“RECs”) as follows: $292,677.20 to General Fund 050, $541,452.81 to Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati Fund 701, and $629,255.97 to Water Works Fund 101; AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the REC proceeds as follows: $292,677.20 into General Fund 050 revenue account no. 050x8962, $541,452.81 into Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati Fund revenue account no. 701x8962, and $629,255.97 into Water Works Fund revenue account no. 101x8962; and AUTHORIZING the transfer of $292,677.20 from the unappropriated surplus of General Fund 050 to the unappropriated surplus of Revolving Energy Loan Fund 883 so that the resources may be reinvested into other City energy projects.
