ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 10/21/2026, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute a Job Creation Tax Credit Agreement with AMEND Consulting, LLC, pursuant to which the company will agree to create a minimum of eighty new jobs at 312 Plum Street in the Central Business District of Cincinnati, and the City will agree to provide an income tax credit to the company equal to 45 percent of City income tax revenue created by such new jobs.
