Title: ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 6/12/2024, AUTHORIZING an increase in funding to the Supporting, Securing, and Stabilizing Housing for High-Risk Populations human services priority for FY 2025, bringing the total allocation to $1,391,803.20, notwithstanding Section 2 of Ordinance No. 17-2023 which established the City of Cincinnati's human services funding priorities for Fiscal Year 2024 and subsequent Fiscal Years; and AUTHORIZING that $2,244,884.02, currently in the City Manager's Office General Fund non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x101x7400 for human services funding, shall remain unencumbered to provide additional resources for the human services priority of Supporting, Securing, and Stabilizing Housing for High-Risk Populations until further guidance is provided by Council, notwithstanding Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 17-2023 which established the City of Cincinnati's human services funding priorities for Fiscal Year 2024 a...
