RESOLUTION, submitted by Councilmember Kearney from Andrew Garth, City Solicitor, RECOGNIZING and expressing the appreciation of the Mayor and the Council of the City of Cincinnati to the Black Round Table at the University of Cincinnati during Black History Month 2021 for its pioneering efforts to improve the lives of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) students at the University of Cincinnati and at university campuses throughout the State of Ohio.
