ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 10/7/2026, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate additional grant resources of up to $23,240.20 from the Highway Safety Improvement Program Abbreviated Safety Fund Grant awarded by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), to existing capital improvement program project account no. 980x232x252365, “UC Area Pedestrian Safety Grant PID 121859,” to implement pedestrian safety and street calming measures at various locations around the University of Cincinnati campus; and AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the additional grant resources into existing capital improvement program project account no. 980x232x252365, “UC Area Pedestrian Safety Grant PID 121859.”
