MOTION, submitted by Councilmember Albi, WE MOVE that the City of Cincinnati establish a Vibrancy Art Fund in the City's Operating Budget to be administered by Black Art Speaks to promote, enhance, and expand access to art and cultural activities in neighborhoods and communities that have historically been underserved by public and private investments.
