Title: MOTION, dated 6/9/2021, submitted by Councilmembers Kearney and Goodin, WE MOVE that the Division Manager of the Office of Human Relations, in consultation with the Mayor, Human Resources, and the office of Aging and Accessibility, select a task force to develop a diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility policy for the City of Cincinnati. WE MOVE that the City of Cincinnati utilize the existing contract between the City of Cincinnati's Office of Human Relations and Kathy DeLaura, Managing Director, Partners In Change, LLC as the consultant to lead the development of the policy. Payment shall be from the remaining funds under the existing contract with the Office of Human Relations in the amount of approximately $4,000. WE MOVE that the individuals appointed are sent to City Council for confirmation.
