Long, City Manager, on 1/31/2024, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for and accept a technical assistance grant valued at up to $2,500,000 from the Bloomberg Philanthropies American Sustainable Cities Grant program to assist with green workforce development, minority-owned business support, energy poverty reduction via energy efficiency upgrades and community-owned renewable energy projects, and climate resilience adaptations.
