Title: ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 10/28/2026, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute a Grant of Easement in favor of 616 Race, LLC, pursuant to which the City will grant an easement over a portion of the public right-of-way known as Roots Alley, and adjacent, vacant land owned by the City abutting College Street, in the Central Business District of Cincinnati, in order to allow 616 Race, LLC to construct and install encroachments over the easement area, namely a patio, pergola, trash storage area and fencing.
