ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 1/4/2024, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate a grant of up to $25,000 from the Ohio Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, funded by the Ohio Department of Health, to assist in reducing lead exposure to children in high-risk communities through education and outreach activities during the Healthy Homes Awareness Month in April 2024; and AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the grant funds into Public Health Research Fund revenue account no. 350x8536.
