ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that Clifton Avenue at Spring Grove Avenue in the Spring Grove Village neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Cathy B. Bailey Way” in honor of Cathy Bernardino Bailey and in recognition of her more than three decades of distinguished public service, transformational leadership in water utility management, contributions to public health and infrastructure, and enduring service to Cincinnati and the broader community.
