MOTION, submitted by Councilmember Albi, WE MOVE that the City Administration allocate $200k for Youth Outreach Workers at Ziegler and Washington Parks to provide a proactive presence that supports youth engagement, promotes safety, and helps address curfew compliance through mentorship, outreach, and community connection. This allocation would come from the General Fund Contingency Reserve.
