ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 6/10/2026, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate Water Supply Revolving Loan Account loan funding of up to $91,000,000 from the Ohio Environment Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority to reimburse costs incurred by the Greater Cincinnati Water Works to replace aging water mains and service lines; and AUTHORIZING, the Director of Finance to deposit loan funds into Water Works Capital Improvement Fund revenue account no. 756x8569.
