Long, City Manager, on 9/10/2026, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute a Job Creation Tax Credit Agreement with VGP Holdings LLC, d/b/a Valvoline Global Operations, pursuant to which the company will agree to create a minimum of 54 new jobs at 312 Elm Street in the Central Business District of Cincinnati, and the City will agree to provide an income tax credit to the company equal to forty percent of City income tax revenue created by such new jobs.
