ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 6/10/2026, AUTHORIZING the transfer of $50,000 within the General Fund, from and to various operating accounts of General Fund 050 according to the attached Schedules of Transfer, to realign and provide funds for the ongoing needs of the Law Department, and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $1,500,000 from the unappropriated surplus of Community Health Center Activities Fund 395 according to the attached Schedules of Transfer, to provide funds for the ongoing needs of the Cincinnati Health Department.
