ORDINANCE submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 9/10/2026, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute any and all agreements and documents and take such other steps as may be necessary to sell approximately 1.5345 acres of land, and convey two permanent easements and two temporary easements, adjacent to the Glenview Golf Course, located between Sheffield Road, Sharon Road, and Springfield Pike, in Springfield Township, Hamilton County, Ohio to Great Parks of Hamilton County in order to facilitate the development of the Glenwood Gardens to Winton Woods Trail, a shared-use trail for the recreational enjoyment of the public.
