MOTION, submitted by Councilmembers Sunderman and Kearney, WE MOVE that the City Administration create guidelines for consulting with community councils when Tax Increment Funding (TIF) funds are requested for development projects within their boundaries. City staff should ensure that appropriate community council representatives have been adequately briefed before a project is presented to City Council for consideration. (STATEMENT ATTACHED)
