Title: ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Paula Boggs Muething, City Manager, on 2/10/2021, AUTHORIZING the acceptance and appropriation of the sum of $2,225,293 received pursuant to an additional Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) award in order to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, to Community Development Block Grant Fund 304 in accordance with the attached appropriation schedule; and ANNOUNCING the City's intention to use said funds for various projects in the City's Calendar Year 2021 Community Development Block Grant Program as part of the 2015 - 2019 Consolidated Plan and 2019 Annual Action Plan Amendment, in accordance with the attached appropriation schedule, but subject to reallocation at the City Manager's discretion in order to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.
