ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Councilmember Mann, from Andrew W. Garth, City Solicitor, DECLARING that Hatch Street between Louden Street and Wareham Street in the Mt. Adams neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of Pat Barry Way in honor of Pat Barry and in recognition of his contributions and dedication to the City of Cincinnati.
