Title: ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Councilmembers Kearney and Keating, from Andrew Garth, City Solicitor, DECLARING that the crosswalk across Vine Street at the intersection of Vine Street and Ehrman Street in the Avondale neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of "Sharesse 'ReRe' Crossing" in honor of Sharesse Lattimore, a seven-year-old girl who was hit by a car while crossing Vine Street, and as a reminder of the necessity for both drivers and pedestrians to know and observe road and traffic regulations.
