Title: ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Paula Boggs Muething, City Manager, on 10/20/2021, AUTHORIZING the establishment of new capital improvement program project accounts in the Parks Department according to the attached Schedule of Appropriation for the purpose of having necessary funding in place to allow the Cincinnati Board of Park Commissioners to move forward with appropriate contracting in order to stabilize and repair infrastructure at various locations throughout the park system; AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and deposit an amount of up to $415,500 from the Cincinnati Board of Park Commissioner's Fund into Parks Private Endowments and Donations Fund 430; and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of resources totaling $825,500 from various Restricted Funds 318, 329, 430, and 752 to the newly established capital improvement program project accounts per Section A of the attached transfer schedule.
