ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Paula Boggs Muething, City Manager, on 12/13/2021, AUTHORIZING the transfer of the sum of $177,000 within the General Fund, from the non-departmental Lump Sum Payments personnel operating budget account no. 050x924x7100 to the General Fund City Manager's Office non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x101x7200, for the purpose of providing additional one-time funding for COVID-19 related homeless shelter improvements; AUTHORIZING the acceptance of the sum of up to $177,000 from Hamilton County, Ohio's Coronavirus Relief Fund ("CRF") allocation; and AUTHORIZING the Finance Director to deposit the CRF funds into COVID-19 Fund 473.
