Title: ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by John P. Curp, Interim City Manager, on 6/15/2022, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept a donation from Hamilton County Public Health in the amount of up to $100,000 and deposit it into General Fund revenue account 050x8571, effective in fiscal year 2022; and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of up to $100,000 from the unappropriated surplus of General Fund 050 to the Cincinnati Fire Department, effective FY 2023, of which up to $85,000 will be transferred to General Fund personnel operating budget account no. 050x271x7100 for the purpose of staffing events, and up to $15,000 will be transferred to General Fund non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x271x7300 for the purpose of increasing the membership of the EMS Mountain Bike Unit and funding training, equipment, pop-up harm reduction stands, leave-behind opioid overdose kits, and other educational materials.
