Title: ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 1/19/2023, AUTHORIZING the establishment of eleven new capital improvement program project accounts in the Department of Transportation and Engineering according to the attached Schedule of Appropriation, for the purpose of providing Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority Transit Infrastructure Fund resources for the timely completion of various public infrastructure projects throughout the City; AUTHORIZING the City Manager to accept and appropriate a grant in the amount of up to $18,345,830 from the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority Transit Infrastructure Fund to the various newly established capital improvement program project accounts according to the attached Schedule of Appropriation; and AUTHORIZING the City Manager to enter into any agreements necessary for the receipt and administration of these grant resources.
