WE MOVE the City Administration prepare the Fiscal Year 2019 Recommended General Fund Operating ?Budget that is structurally balanced and allocates resources amoung the City's General Fund departments relecting the City Council's priorities and policies to minimally impact City services. In FY 2019 the General Fund is projected to have shortfall of 23.4 million.
