The survey should be based on the City of Minneapolis Department of Neighborhood and Community Relations Diversity Study and should include questions pertaining to the following: Race, Gender, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Ethnicity, Age, Zip Code, Income Level, Highest Education Achieved and Homeowner or Rental status, among others. WE FURTHER MOVE that the Administration present the anonymous survey results in an annual report to Cincinnati City Council and the public, for the purpose of tracking our diversity metrics as they relate to the boards and commissions that serve an important public function in the management of our City.
