| 1 | | Motion | MOTION, submitted by Councilmember Mann, MOVE that the Administration propose a comprehensive set of requirements to ensure that community stakeholders are meaningfully engaged at key points in the development process, and/or the disposition of city-owned land. Key points in the development process should include, but are limited to, decisions to sell, requests to purchase city-owned property, requests for zone changes and planned developments and requests for tax incentive deals.
