| 1 | | Motion | MOTION, dated 10/01/2018, submitted by Councilmember Mann, WE MOVE that the following modifications be made to the City Manager's proposed uses of the carryover balance: USES: Operating: $1,234,000 added by reducing the transfer to capital in the City Manager's closeout commendation from $2,000,000 to $766,000. Use as follows: $709,000: Center for Closing the Health Gap, CincyTech, Cintifuse, Hillman, in anticipation of possible loss of billboard tax revenue, with FY 2018 appropriation levels; $15,000 Artworks Project; $110,000 Wage compression fixes beginning January 1, 2019; $400,000 Pilot Eviction Prevention Initiatives (details to be developed and approved by City Council) CAPITAL: $2,500,000 consisting of $1,750,000 from the Whex sale and $766,000 transferred from the general revenue fund per the City Manager's recommendation.: $2,000,000 Police Radio microwave network equipment ($766,000 from City Manager's proposed original allocation); $500,000 Bethany House property purchase for new homelessness housing; $16,000 remaining to be added to the General Capital Fund.
