| 1 | | Motion | MOTION, submitted by Councilmember Dennard, WE MOVE that the City Administration make publicly available on the city website the following information related to affordable housing to help residents better understand the concept of Area Median Income (AMI) and its relationship to affordable housing development and protection: 2019 Cincinnati AMI summary statistics; 2019 AMI breakdown based on family size (1-8) and percentage (30-165%) of AMI; 2019 Cincinnati affordable rents based on percentages (30-165%) of AMI; Income bands in relation to percentage of AMI; Links to related federal, state and local resources related to affordable housing. WE FURTHER MOVE that this webpage be constructed using the following webpage created by the City of New York as a general template: https://www1.nyc.gov/site/hpd/services-and-information/area-median-income.page.
