| 1 | | Motion | MOTION, submitted by Councilmember Mann, WE MOVE that the city administration is hereby directed to negotiate an extension for three months (to and including March 31, 2020) of the tax abatement provisions (i.e., Section II) of the 1999 Agreement, including amendments, with Cincinnati Public Schools. During this extension the City and CPS: (A) will identify and engage the services of one or more professionals to determine the impact of tax abatements (including project and district TIFs) on CPS revenues for the purpose of recommending PILOT percentages and "hold harmless" provision for inclusion in a new agreement; and (B) negotiate and present such new agreement to Council for approval.
