We would ask that the report also include recommendations on potential options that would allow for the Neighborhood VTICA to expand opportunities to all our neighborhood such as the legality and feasibility of changing the current 7.5% Neighborhood VTICA currently returning to the neighborhood it is generated in to a larger pot of money for all neighborhoods.
