A concentration of subsidized units in one neighborhood can artificially lower property values and deter market-rate and commercial development. Accordingly, WE MOVE that the Administration advise as to whether Council may limit the development of new subsidized housing units in neighborhoods which already contain 50 percent of more of such units in their existing housing stock. | Adopt | Pass |
